Take back your turf Thursday.
I am already on bed rest on my eighth week.I feel like I am back where I started when I was diagnosed with celiac. The depression is trying to work its way in and I find myself fighting to look on the bright side of things.I have had a lot of time to read and write but I didn't know what.My kids have been well taken care of by Grandma and Grandpa. I guess it is ok to take a break and it is a fresh start. When you feel at your lowest I think that you areare ready to take a hard look at yourself and see where you are.Take your blueprint the one we made at the begining. There is a lot that I am going to have to change. My first step is to try to be the best parent I can be.I have plenty of time to learn. So consider this a part of my schooling. To take back my turf I have to take care of me first. What have you done for yourself lately? This letter of the week is A for attitude. Is my attitude positive or negative? What can I do with these negative thoughts?I can write them down and then turn it into a positive. Our thoughts can motivate or hold us back.Lately I have been holding myself back. What makes me happy? How can I get there?Take back the positive and get rid of the negative and take back my turf and what I can control.Usually when I say turf I mean my home but right now it is my control and my purpose.
