M is for Monster and monster trucks

Scripture:D&C 98:1
 1 Verily I say unto you my friends, fear not, let your hearts be comforted; yea, rejoice evermore, and in everything give thanks;

What comes to mind when you think of Monsters?
Usually it is something frightening. There is a monster under my bed,or my closet. We are afraid of things we can't see.
Green eyed Monster, jealousy. Lying can be a monster.
Being made to feel different or ugly can make you feel like a monster. If someone is left out what can you do?
Letter:M
Number:4
Nursery Rhyme: Crushing, rumbling monster truck(tune of twinkle little star by Kristianne Rushton)
Crushing,Rumbling Monster truck
Your  spinning wheels in the mud are stuck.
Up above the cars you soar
Around the track to try one more
Crushing,Rumbling Monster truck.
Your spinning wheels in the mud are stuck.

Snack:apple monsters.We separated monster eyes by color.We used M&M's and dots.It's alive!
monster-truck-letter-mash:All you need is brown paper bags and monster trucks.Write the letter or we did some numbers too. Then blow up the bags and tie them off.My preschooler loved playing this for hours!
Here is our ramp.He jumped over the cars. Then smash!
For baby:I gave him his own bags.He banged them together and flopped them around.
Eventually the baby took a bite!Everything goes in the mouth.
We read his first numbers book. Then we moved on to counting wheels. We ended with our nursery ryhme.See above for words.
